KOSA SOLUTION Co.,Ltd. is the legal recruitment representative of the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs (MNGHA), which is one of the biggest healthcare organizations in the Middle East including Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Our office is located in Seoul, South Korea, and is registered with the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
We have been actively recruiting Korean healthcare professionals for MNGHA since 2014, and have assisted every step of their employment process.

As a trustworthy and reliable partner, the MNGHA has entrusted us with the legal authority to recruit a larger number of international nurses.

Currently, our company is the only authorized legal representative to recruit healthcare professionals from all Asian Countries.

Y. K. Lee

Executive Officer

Has a B.A. degree from Ewha Womans University, South Korea. She oversees the recruitment process of all candidates. With her leadership and experience of 25 years in Saudi Arabia, she aims to ensure that the employment process proceeds efficiently and satisfactorily for both employers and employees.

J. Lee

HR Executive Officer

Has a M.Sc. degree from University of Washington. He is in charge of collaborating with related MNGHA departments and other concerned goverment bodies. Also responsible for delivering program as directives. And provide solutions upon stake holder's interests.

J. Kim

General Manager

Has a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing degree from Ewha Womans University, South Korea. She has more than five years of RN experience in South Korea and in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia(MNGHA). As the current General Manager of KOSA SOLUTION, she oversees the whole recruitment process and is in charge of communicating with the HR department of MNGHA.

Y. Song

Credentialing Manager

Has a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree of Nursing from MGH Institue of Health Professions in Boston, USA. She is certified as both RN and FNP(Family Nurse Practitioner), and has worked as a Nurse Practitioner in the USA. As the credentialing manager of KOSA SOLUTION, she is in charge of assessing the qualifications of each candidate, reviewing CVs, and preparing candidates for their job interview.

G. Choi

Goverment Relations Manager

Has a Bachelor’s degree in Science at Jeonbuk National University in South Korea. She also served as a First Lieutenant in the Military of South Korea. As the goverment relations manager of KOSA SOLUTION, she is in charge of providing administrative support to our clients and processing official documents related to job applications.

M. S. Robillos

HR Manager

Has a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing degree from the University of the Cordilleras in the Philippines. In addition to her RN experience, she has been actively involved in the field of education including IELTS academy, JCI International School of English, and RN licensure review centers. As a HR Manager of KOSA SOLUTION, her focus is on screening and assessing the candidates readiness for job application.
