What We Do

KOSA SOLUTION will be your guide by providing assistance at each phase of your employment journey.

1. Selecting and Screening Phase:

We will select our potential candidates and assess qualifications to see if it matches the MNGHA’s requirements.

One of the first assessments we perform is to screen the candidate’s English Proficiency by a written test.

– CV/ Resume

Candidates will submit a professional CV that has been completed to meet the MNGHA requirements.

The template of the CV will be provided by us, and we will provide instructions on how to successfully complete your CV.

2. Application Phase:

Candidates who meet the MNGHA’s application requirements will be instructed to complete an application package.

– Interview Preparation

Candidates will have an opportunity to participate in a MOCK interview with our staff members who are adept at providing feedback and giving professional guidance related to job interviews.

This will help prepare the candidates for their real job interviews with the MNGHA.

3. Verification Phase:

Our office staff will comprehensively conduct a PSV (Primary Source Verification) of the submitted documents to ensure legal compliance:

Nursing License, BSN or ADN degree, Work Experience, and Reference.

4. Dataflow Phase:

Candidates will also be required to start their Dataflow process with our assistance for SCFHS.

5. Visa Phase:

All candidates carry out a medical exam. Once the medical results are shown as suitable to work, e-POA and contract packages will be sent.

Then Visa will be stamped at the Saudi Arabia Embassy with the required documents.

6. Departure Phase:

During the final procedure, our staff will request an e-ticket on the client’s behalf. KOSA SOLUTION will also conduct a pre-departure orientation while making a final check of the documents.

The pre-departure orientation will include information about introduction to entry information and hospital orientation schedule.
