Benefits

Airline Ticket

(1) Air Transport on Initial Mobilization: The expatriate employee shall be provided an Economy Class Air Ticket from designated airport to employment site on initial mobilization.
(2) Repatriation Ticket: Economy Class air ticket will be provided to employee from work site to the point of origin.

Annual Ticket

Upon completion of the first contract year and upon recontracting for a minimum of one (1) additional year, a round trip Economy Class air ticket will be provided to employee from the Program site to point of origin.

Transportation Services

Free 24/7 transportation services provided from housing accommodation to hospital and vice versa. Plus, seven (7) days a week, once a day transportation service provided for shopping trips.

Salary and Payment Method

Salary is paid by the Program every 27th day of the month all year. Tax Free Salary.

Leaves and Holidays

(1) Annual Leave: 30 calendar days paid Annual leave per contract year.
(2) Holidays: 15 working days of paid Holidays inclusive of 7 days for Eid Al Fitr, 7 days for Hajj (without weekend) and Saudi National Day (23 September); Foundation Day (22 February)

Mid Year Benefits

Nursing Staff will be entitled to Economy Class mid year air ticket and post leave (10) consecutive days in paid leave status.

Overtime Pay

Employees who are required to work overtime will be compensated for every hour of work at 150% of the regular work hourly rate based on the employee’s monthly basic salary.

Medical and Dental Care

Basic medical and emergency dental care will be provided by the Program for free to all employees.

Sick Leaves

Properly documented sick leave with full pay up to 30 calendar days and an additional 60 calendar days at 75% during each year of service.

Iqama - residence permit

Issuance and/or renewal of iqama is free and paid by the Program for employees.

Housing Accommodation

Free furnished housing accommodation will be provided within shared villas/apartments with free electricity and water.

Staff Recreation

Employee’s has free access to recreation services such as Swimming Pool, Sauna, Tennis Courts, Basketball and Volleyball.

Continuing Education

The Program provides special courses and trainings to further enhance the employee’s knowledge and skills.
+ Medical Library: Employee’s can enjoy full time free access in Medical Library.

Re-contracting Bonus

Employees who have worked for a year with the Program and re-contracts for another year will be granted a bonus equivalent to one (1) month basic salary prior to the re-contracting date.
+ Merit Increase: Annual merit increase computed as percentage/step upon recontracting based on annual evaluation.

Promotion and Transfer

Program employee are allowed to be promoted and transferred to other departments after completion of an initial period of one year continuous employment in their current position including probationary period..

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing(BSN)

Valid Professional Registered Nurse License

– Staff Nurse II: Minimum of 1-year clinical nursing experience following licensure
   (not more than 6-months work gap prior to application)

– Staff Nurse II Clinic: No experience needed

Additional Requirements

– Subject to scoring more than 65% on provided English Proficiency Test
[EPT requirement is waived for candidates with IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL IBT (61) PBT (500)]

– Subject to passing the medical exam for visa processing

– Should have no legal restrictions in obtaining a foreign visa

Remarks

– Un-accompanied (Single Status Contract) – does not include benefits for dependents

– Direct hire as a government employee
